Employee giving in your HR software

Let employees give from their pay or give days off to the charity they choose, in Charitips widgets embedded in your HR or payroll software.

With the Charitips API, your HR or payroll software can let employees give in two ways, at the heart of their working life:

  • Payroll giving: each month, a share of their net pay or a fixed amount goes to the charity they choose. They change or stop it whenever they want.
  • Days off given: an employee gives days of leave, and their value becomes a donation to the charity they choose.

In both cases the employee gives, so the fiscal receipt is in their name.

How it runs

These flows run in Charitips' own widgets, embedded in your software: pay, leave and personal data are sensitive, and the widgets handle the employee's choices and their receipts. Your software keeps its part of the payroll.
